The Wiggles Go Bananas!!

So I was watching the news today and they announced that The Wiggles (a kids band/TV show) was at the arco arena today doing two performances and I got a wild hair and decided I wanted to go! Ronnie had work and I was just going to be home with the girls all week with nothing planned, so why not? I went online and realized for decent tickets it was a little more then I wanted to spend... Thank goodness for Grandma and Grandpa! We stopped by my Dad and Debbi's and they generously bought the tickets for us. I'm really lucky, we have so many people in our lives who love us and are willing to help me out a little when I want to spoil the kiddos :). THANKS DAD AND DEB!!

So we left the house around 12, ran some errands, left Rio by 1:30, Wiggles show at 3, and arrived back to our sweet home by 6pm. I'm beat and of course the girls (including Nellie) are all still going strong, but it was all worth it!

Because we purchased the tickets so last minute we ended up in a pretty crowded spot, but here are a few of the best pics i could get and a short video.

Okay so im having trouble with the pics. I will try to get to it later :)

I finally cut Tessa's hair!

EEK! I almost cried. Marleece came over today and cut 3 inches off Tessa's long beautiful hair. It's not that I didnt LOVE LOVE LOVE her hair. I really wish we didn't have to cut it, but it was getting so hard to take care of. It was really getting bad knots and hurting when we would have to brush it all out. It was almost down to her butt! Sooo here are some pics...

Tessa's 1st Gymnastics Class!

This is Tessa's first sport (eventhough Dad says it's not reeeeeally a sport!). She started gymnastics on Wednesday with her cousin Tessa M. They both LOVED it. Not only do they get to dress up in too-too's, every 3 year old girls dream, but they also get to run around and learn spins, jumps, and summersaults. The class was a blast for them, and thier teacher was great!

That's one good thing about raisig your kids in Rio Vista, you know everyone! Not only was Tessa's cousin in her gymnastics class with her, but I grew up down the street from her gymnastics teacher, Blake (Kinser) Willis. And I felt great about leaving Tessa in the class for the first time because I have known Blake and her family since I was Tessa's age.

We definitley found Tessa's forte. The girly sports. And YES it is a sport. Next we will have to try dance. I think she doesn't really know that she isn't in dance, because after she shows me something she learned in gymnastics she says, "Yeah, I do that like a ballerina.". It's so sweet!

Here are some pics. I didnt get a lot of good ones because they are VERY busy in gymnastics!

They think they are ballerina's

Naked Mimi had to get in the the fun!
